Based on initial design we apply: Precision, grinding, milling, turning and assembly within our facility. Including: Plumbing / Wiring and Special Machines.

Focus is placed on close tolerance parts and subassemblies. Each job is closely monitored in every phase. Floor space is designated for your project.

Precision CNC milling and turning with speed and accuracy. We work with our customers' electronic data or blue prints to provide a low-cost high quality product.

Once the preliminary machining and heat-treating have taken place, Polaris Engineering can bring your job to completion.

We’ll utilize our surface grinders, I.D./O.D., wet grinders or hone to finish your job to close tolerances.

Our CAD/CAM operators can program your job from your blueprints, DWG, OR IGES files. For your convenience, Polaris can receive your file(s) via E-mail from your desktop to ours. Once received, we can then program the job to the appropriate application and download directly to our machining centers.
